Easyship Pricing
Easyship offers a free version for new and small businesses. Users only have to pay after reaching certain usage and shipment thresholds. All current features are still available on the free version of the pricing plan.
Users can choose a subscription with either a Monthly billing process or an Annual billing process. There are no hidden fees, and the monthly costs are simply your subscription plan, plus the cost of postage and insurance.

Remember, Easyship subscriptions are billed on a monthly payment cycle on the same day every month. After the 14-day free trial, you will be charged your monthly subscription fee (plus applicable taxes, if any) on the first day of each subsequent billing cycle.
Payment Method
Adding a payment method to Easyship is essential when purchasing a label. Here's how to add a payment method:
- Navigate to Account > Payment Method and select Add Payment Method.
- Proceed to enter your card information. Both Credit Cards and Visa Debit Cards can be used for payment.
Once a default card is added, it is possible to add multiple additional payment methods. You can alternate between cards by clicking on the Card icon and selecting Primary payment for shipments.
To delete a payment method, navigate to the Account > Payment Methods. Locate the secondary card that you would like to delete, click on the card and click Delete Card. Please note that at least one primary payment method must be saved. This means you are not able to delete a credit card if you have only one card connected.
For adding credit to your account, navigate to the Account > Payment Methods. From there click Add credit. You can top up your account using a saved credit card or a bank transfer.

Easyship Return Policy?
Easyship offers a service to create prepaid return labels for customers who wish to send back an order/product. This service is available for domestic return shipments in several countries, including the US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the UK.
Creating a prepaid return label involves several steps:
- Navigate to the Manage Shipments > All section on the Easyship Dashboard.
- Locate the shipment and click on the three dots on the far-right side of the shipment.
- In the top right-hand corner of the page, in the "Destination Information" section, click "Create Return Label".
- Confirm the return address, the weight of the parcel, and the dimensions, then click the Pay button.
- Once paid, the return shipping label can be sent to the customer via email.
Please note that if a customer is only returning part of the order or shipping it in a different box, it's good to revise the dimensions and weight to reflect this. The customer should print out the shipping label and attach it to the box. The box with the affixed label can then be dropped off at their local postal depot.
For shipments not created through Easyship, a workaround is possible, though it may require manual work. A Basic shipment can be created on Easyship, adding the return address as the destination and the customer's address as the origin.
It's also possible to recall a shipment during transit, a return request may be possible depending on the courier service.
For refund processing, the funds need to be added via an active Credit Card on Easyship.
When shipping domestically in the US or Canada, a label can be included to allow for an easy return process for the customer. These labels are Pay on Use, meaning you won't get billed for the return label unless it gets used by the customer.
How To Open A Easyship Account?
To open an account on easyship.com, follow these steps:
- Navigate to easyship.com and click Sign-Up.
- Enter a valid email address and click Get Started. This email will also be used for Easyship to contact you but can be changed at any time.
- You'll be prompted to enter the following details:
- About me (are you a merchant, developer, launching a crowdfunding campaign, or personal shipper?)
- Name and contact number
- A secure password
- The country you are shipping from
- Click Next.
- Provide the following information:
- Company Name
- The platform(s) you sell on
- Your projected monthly shipping volume
- The Easyship features that are of interest to you
- If you plan on using Easyship for personal shipments, your personal name will be used.
- Click Next.
- Add your Address.
- Click Finish Setup.
